This appetizer consists of rice paper roll, Sanur prawns with fresh herbs, lettuce, bean shoots, and authentic spiced Viatnemese nuoc nam dressing. The smooth prawns and the fresh herbs is a brilliant twist that really works to wake your appetite. Move to the highlight menu is Cha Cung, a combination of fresh chicken fillet in spicy Vietnamese style and fresh red curry paste. Perfectly accompanied with delectable yet artistic garnish and steamed rice, this main course is totally sublime. Meanwhile, to entertain your sweet tooth, take the Trio Asian Delight; a truly amazing desert of delicious mung bean puree, tender yellow bean, soft pearl sago, with sweet coconut milk.
